Bookkeeping & VAT Services
Bookkeeping and VAT is charged depending on the number of transactions through the bank and the number of purchase invoices/receipts per month. So please have this information to hand when enquiring so we can give you an accurate quote.

As much as every business is different, we believe you can’t deny the basics their place. Here’s a few options that we offer on their own, or could be rolled into a package if you need.
Xero Cloud Accounting Management
We subscribe to Xero on your behalf. We recommend the standard pricing plan for most clients which is £33 plus VAT per month. Xero’s pricing can be found here. You can also learn more about our Xero Accounting Services.

Xero Cloud Training
We also train our clients on how to use Xero. We can offer a bespoke 1-2-1 training session where we set up Xero and Apron and show you how to use it, and then you will be confident in how to use the software for your business. This is held at our offices and lasts 1 hour.

Apron
This handy little tool which integrates beautifully with Xero, enables you to scan/photo/email any receipts or invoices directly to the cloud without manually entering the information. This is a huge time saver and efficiency booster and once you start using it, you’ll wonder how you lived without it.

Company Formation
We will register a limited company with Companies House and provide you with advice around the best structure, the share certificates, Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association. We charge £200 plus VAT for company formation.
