We recently moved over to Smooth Accounting and the difference in service is night and day from our previous provider. Extremely responsive and proactive when it comes to getting our VAT returns sorted, payroll etc.We've also been given great advice on some areas where we may have been doing it wrong in the past or just not 100% sure.It's comforting to know that one of the Smooth team is only a phone call away for when we need to clarify anything, no matter how daft the question maybe! :)
